Alfonso Font - I recently stumbled across an old issue of Pif the dog. It's a 14-page adaptation of a Jules Verne novel, The Master of the World. (I was into the Jules Verne as young'n - cool stuff - Captain Nemo and all that... Science-Fiction at the time they were written, but more like steampunk, now - although I'm not a fan of compression i.e. cramming 200 pages of novel into a 14-page comic strip
